We are looking for a colleague to join our administrative team who will support the running of research projects, communication, and day-to-day operations. Job description
What's in store for you:
· Comprehensive provision of document management services in accordance with Act No. 499/2004 Coll.,
· Cash management, checking the accuracy of cash and accounting documents,
· Administration of contract publication in accordance with the Act on the Register of Contracts,
· Creation, updating, and recording of internal documents and management acts,
· Preparing and coordinating documents for the director, participating in the preparation of strategic and conceptual materials,
· Cooperating in setting up and maintaining the internal control system,
· Recording and inventorying entrusted assets,
· Handling official and social correspondence,
· Cooperating with supervisory authorities in conducting inspections and audits.

What we require
What we require:
· Minimum secondary school education with a high school diploma,
· Knowledge of Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archiving and document management, and related regulations,
· Experience in administrative support and public administration,
· Independence, organizational and communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail,
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Further information
Start date as agreed.
Salary: from CZK 35,000 to CZK 45,000 per month depending on qualifications and experience.
