Functional diagnostics and therapy for urological patients in spa treatment and rehabilitation care focuses on a comprehensive assessment of micturition difficulties, continence disorders, and pelvic floor function, including their impact on quality of life. Based on the initial examination, an individual rehabilitation plan is drawn up with ongoing evaluation of the treatment's effectiveness. The therapy mainly uses education, lifestyle measures (drinking and urination regime), pelvic floor re-education, physiotherapy techniques, and selected spa treatments. The aim is to alleviate symptoms, support recovery after urological procedures or treatment, and improve self-sufficiency and long-term stability of problems. The seminar is primarily intended for professionals, both medical and non-medical healthcare personnel. If there is free capacity, we will also welcome interested members of the general public.

The educational event is organized in accordance with the Czech Medical Chamber Regulation No. 16. The professional guarantor is Prim. MUDr. Ladislav Špišák, CSc., Institute of Balneology and Spa Medicine. The educational event is worth 2 credits and participation is free of charge.
