Scientists' Night

This year, for the first time, the Night of Scientists will also take place on a larger scale in the Karlovy Vary Region. This exceptional pan-European event opens the world of science to the general public every year. The Institute of Spa and Balneology, the Karlovy Vary Museum, Charles University and the Regional Innovation Centre of the Karlovy Vary Region are involved in the preparations in Karlovy Vary - and together they invite all young and old explorers to an evening of knowledge, fun and inspiration.

During the evening you can look forward to a guided walk, panel discussion, lectures, demonstrations of natural samples, interactive activities for children and a full-length game with prize draw.

Visit three places in the centre of Karlovy Vary

• Elizabeth's Spa: 17:00 - 21:45
• Castle Tower: 17:00 - 22:00
• Karlovy Vary Museum: 17:00 - 22:30

At each station, you will have tasks to complete and a stamp for completion. Three stamps can then be exchanged for a raffle ticket in the Karlovy Vary Museum. The game is intended for children and adults and runs throughout the evening programme.
