Project assistant

• management of all project components (network and physical) - control of performance, filing, documentation entry, cataloguing according to the filing and archiving regulations
• checking the correctness of documentation and inclusion of all documentation from the professional part of the project for individual project activities (content, compliance with mandatory publicity, list of required documentation)
• Preparation of documents for the payment application and monitoring report (organisation of files, completion of all required documentation on behalf of beneficiaries and project partners)

• Secondary school with a high school diploma
• Independence, organizational and communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail.
• advanced knowledge of MS Office.
