Job description
- Comprehensive project management for grant projects,
- preparing and submitting reports on project implementation,
- processing requests for changes to projects (budget, timeline, activities) and submitting them to grant providers,
- monitoring compliance with project schedules and team members' timesheets,
- regular monitoring of changes in the documentation of the intermediary body and updating of internal methodological materials in cooperation with the project methodologist,
- cooperation in the conduct of selection and procurement procedures, including cooperation in the preparation of documentation for public contracts.

What we require
- Completed university education,
- experience with the management and administration of grant projects,
- familiarity with the ISKP21+ and JEMS environments,
- excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, understanding of project processes,
- understanding of grant policy,
- diligence, consistency and independence,
- advanced knowledge of working with PC,
- Experience in organizing professional training events and knowledge of the spa industry are a plus.
