Knowledge and Technology Transfer Manager

• cooperation with spa facilities in order to use the scientific results of the institution in practice
• Searching for opportunities for the application of R&D results and knowledge, promoting the outputs and activities of the institution in cooperation with internal and external colleagues and experts, especially in the areas of education, marketing and communication
• mapping the results generated in ILaB and evaluating their commercial potential in collaboration with scientists
• cooperation on the preparation of a strategy for commercialisation of the institution's intellectual property
• organization of seminars and workshops for spa facilities
• participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.

• prations in a forward-looking organisation
• salary valuation of 50.000 to 60.000 CZK/month
• responsible, independent and varied work, the opportunity to participate in the implementation of a large strategic project
• Stable employment on a contract for the duration of the project (until the end of 2027) at 0.7 - 1.0 hours with a view to transfer to permanent employment

• Higher education
• Czech language at an excellent level in both written and verbal form, AJ in both written and verbal form at least at B1 level, NJ an advantage
• orientation in the spa industry
• Creativity and ability to embrace new approaches, ideas and new strategies
• Presentation and excellent communication skills
• proactivity, independence in solving work tasks and problems
• knowledge of R&D&I issues and the main players in the field of innovation in the Czech Republic an advantage
• experience in technology and knowledge transfer from academic/research environment to practice an advantage
• legal awareness/knowledge of intellectual property protection an advantage
