We took part in this year's European Heritage Days, which took place at the castle in Dolní Beřkovice. Our colleague Ing. Martin Šikola gave a professional presentation on climatotherapy and heliotherapy.

He introduced the various forms of these natural healing methods, described their indications and contraindications and their historical development, and outlined the research activities in this area. The lecture took place as part of the accompanying programme on Saturday 13 September.

The event also included a guided tour of Rückl's working garden sun baths from 1933.

Thank you for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of a program that connects history, science and the public.
