Job description
- Employee lifecycle management, especially recruitment of new team members
- Personnel records, preparation of contracts and other documents related to labour relations, preparation of documents for payroll
- Support in ensuring internal processes and quality management in the organisation
- Setting up and improving selected personnel processes aimed at improving working conditions in ILaB
- Providing HR consultancy to managers and all employees
- Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement, developing flexible working models and programmes to promote safety, work environment and employee wellbeing

What we require
- Minimum of a completed secondary education
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Knowledge of labour law and related legislation
- Ability to create and modify methodologies, manuals and other internal HR documents
- Independence, excellent organizational and communication skills, friendly and helpful demeanor, flexible and active approach to work tasks
- Highly ethical approach to work
- Teamwork and loyalty
- Experience of working in an EU funds project environment and working in a research or university environment an advantage
