Our director Ing. Alina Huseynli, MBA was a guest on the Františkovy Lázně podcast. In the interview, she introduced the Spa Research Centre project and presented other projects and activities we are preparing and implementing.
She spoke, for example, about the preparation of studies of climatotherapy routes, about research focused on the population of Karlovy Vary and the effects of drinking cures on the liver, but also about the results of a study that monitored the impact of comprehensive spa care on the mental health of adult male and female clients in Konstantinovy Lázně.
The conversation also touched on prevention - particularly the importance of integrating outreach treatments into spa stays - and the role of data underpinning modern research. The benefits of the Czech spa industry, which lie in the combination of natural healing resources, tradition and current investment in research, were also discussed.
At the end, the director shared her view on global trends in the spa industry, which show where the industry is moving and what new directions it is bringing.
