On 29 October - 1 November 2024, the Health Tourism Conference was held in Shusha, Azerbaijan: Opportunities for Growth. We presented the importance of science and innovation for the development of health tourism and participated in a panel discussion. This experience brought us valuable new perspectives from outside the European context.

As part of our previous collaboration, we evaluated the Istis natural mineral resource from a hydrological, hydrogeological and therapeutic perspective between 2022 and 2023. This week we visited the modern ISTISU mineral water plant, equipped with state-of-the-art technologies from the German company Krones. The annual capacity exceeds 100 million bottles of natural quality water.

We are pleased to have been able to contribute, even in a small way, to these international successes!
