At the beginning of 2025 we visited the robotics laboratory of one of our strategic partners of the CLV project - the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the CTU. We were guided through the laboratory by its head, Mgr. Aleš Příhoda, the head of the laboratory, and we saw for ourselves that it is the most comprehensively equipped laboratory of its kind in the Czech Republic.

The laboratory serves not only pedagogical but also research activities. It is used by students of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme. It is also used to collect data for academic papers and to conduct research in the field of assistive technology and biomedical engineering.

During the tour we had the opportunity to discuss the importance of knowledge and technology transfer with the CLV project sponsor for this area. The tour was successful in several ways, including in the preparation of new joint projects.
