The Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Pilsen has given the green light to further research projects

We are pleased to announce that the Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Pilsen has given the green light to further research projects within the medical part of our Spa Research Centre project! 🥳
Brief overview of approved studies:
1) Spa treatment and rehabilitation of nephrological and urological diseases in Mariánské Lázně - the aim of the study is to verify whether a three-week complex spa treatment in Mariánské Lázně will positively affect the course and prognosis of nephrological and urological diseases.
2) Objectification of the effect of Františkovy Lázně treatment of female infertility - objectification will help to convince the professional gynaecological society of the scientifically based usefulness of infertility treatment in Františkovy Lázně.
3) Effect of complex spa treatment on the treatment and prevention of liver steatosis progression - the main aim is to prove that after 21 days of complex spa treatment in Karlovy Vary, there is a significant improvement of liver biochemical markers.
