About the journal
Lázeňství a balneologie is the professional journal of the Institute of Spa and Balneology. It publishes contributions from spa care, balneology, rehabilitation medicine and related fields that are current, valuable and in line with the journal’s professional focus. It is published quarterly in print and online, for professionals as well as the wider public interested in spa care.
Our aim is to continue the tradition of the “Balneologické listy”, published by the Balneological Research Institute from 1973 until 1990, when publication ended together with the institute’s activity.
