We are preparing the 2nd annual conference "Modern Technologies in Spa Medicine", which aims to present the latest trends in spa medicine and balneology, such as digitalization, AI, telemedicine, modern health applications, virtual reality, and European innovation trends.

The conference will take place on 15.04.2024 in the main hall of the newly renovated Císařské lázně (Imperial Spa) in Karlovy Vary.

The aim of the event is to connect research organizations, innovative companies, universities, spa facilities and secondary school and university students seeking to apply their potential. The conference will thus help raise the profile of Karlovy Vary as a city of science, research and innovation in the field of spa medicine and balneology. The transfer of research results will lead to more intensive cooperation between the Institute of Spa and Balneology and application-sphere entities, to an increased potential and ability to apply research results in practice, and to the development of the city's innovation ecosystem.

We are currently preparing the program of lectures and accompanying activities for you. Detailed information about the conference program will be published no later than the end of February 2024 on our website and social media. The conference will be included among the educational events of the Czech Medical Chamber.
