HR Award
The Institute of Spa and Balneology is working towards the HR Excellence in Research Award, granted by the European Commission to research institutions for the quality of their human-resources care in research.
Current status
We are pursuing the award
We have committed to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. Within the HRS4R process (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) we are preparing a GAP analysis and an action plan. All process documentation is published on this page as it becomes available.
What the award means
The HR Excellence in Research Award guarantees a European standard of care for research staff — transparent recruitment, professional development, equal opportunities and a high-quality working environment.
The process involves committing to the principles of the Charter and Code, an internal GAP analysis, drawing up an action plan, and its ongoing implementation and evaluation by the European Commission.
