4th Annual Conference Modern Technologies in Spa Medicine
We cordially invite you to the two-day international conference Modern Technologies in Spa Industry 4.0, which will take place on 13–14 April 2026 at the Imperial Spa in Karlovy Vary.
This year's edition will offer an exceptionally broad professional programme, which will not focus solely on new technologies in rehabilitation, but on the entire spectrum of contemporary spa medicine – ranging from medicine and research, through innovation and education, to socioeconomic contexts and the future direction of the field.
Conference Programme
The first day of the conference will be devoted primarily to the presentation of the latest professional outputs of the Spa Research Centre project. The programme will also include expert discussions focused on the future of the spa sector, its role in the healthcare system, and opportunities for further development based on data, research and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The second day of the conference will feature presentations by leading experts from the Czech Republic and abroad. Participants can look forward to a wide range of international speakers, who will present the latest findings, trends and examples of good practice in the fields of spa medicine, balneology, rehabilitation, wellness and preventive medicine.
The conference is intended for professionals from healthcare, the spa sector, research, public administration and the private sector, and creates a unique space for sharing experience, building collaboration and engaging in professional discussion.
