Grant Projects Manager
Institute of Spa and Balneology, v. v. i. is seeking an employee for the position of: GRANT PROJECTS MANAGER.

Responsibilities
- Complete project management of grant-funded projects,
- preparation and submission of project implementation reports,
- processing requests for changes to projects (budget, timeline, activities) and submitting them to grant providers,
- monitoring compliance with project timelines and team members' work records,
- regular monitoring of changes in the intermediary body's documentation and updating internal methodological materials in cooperation with the project methodologist,
- cooperation in carrying out selection and procurement procedures, including assistance in preparing documentation for public tenders.
Requirements
- Completed university education,
- experience in project management of grant-funded projects and their administration,
- knowledge of the ISKP21+ and JEMS environments,
- excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, understanding of project processes,
- familiarity with grant policy,
- thoroughness, diligence and independence,
- advanced computer skills,
- experience organizing professional educational events and knowledge of spa medicine issues is an advantage,
- experience with the administration of projects under INTERREG and HORIZON EUROPE programs is an ADVANTAGE.
