2023 KOREA HOT SPRING INDUSTRY FAIR

From October 26–31, 2023, an international conference on hot springs was held in the spa town of Asan, South Korea. The conference was part of the "2023 KOREA HOT SPRING INDUSTRY FAIR" trade fair, and at the invitation of the Korean Ministry of the Interior and Safety and Woosong University, ILaB researcher RNDr. Tomáš Vylita, PhD., took part as an invited speaker.

Among European countries with a strong spa tradition, Hungary and Germany were selected as co-organizers alongside the Czech Republic. The conference was also attended by delegations from South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and other Asian countries.

Many conference participants repeatedly expressed their intention to visit Czech spas in the coming years.
