Expert article on the use of virtual reality in spa care

A new expert article has been published an expert publication focused on the use of virtual reality technology in spa treatment. The study summarizes the results of the project on implementing VR into spa care, which was launched back in 2021 and has now culminated in this significant scientific output.

We have thus become the first institution in the Czech Republic, which, in cooperation with VR Medical, has introduced virtual reality technology directly into spa practice. The publication focuses in particular on the clinical benefits of this technology for patients, including pain reduction, improved mobility and overall subjective wellbeing.

The article was published in the prestigious scientific journal Journal of Clinical Medicine (Web of Science, Q1, Impact Factor 2.9), which confirms the high professional standard and international relevance of the results achieved.
