The second day of the Modern Technologies in Spa Medicine 4.0 conference has taken place

The second day of the Modern Technologies in Spa Medicine 4.0 conference, held on April 14, confirmed that traditional spa medicine and digital innovation are closer to each other than one might think. The main topic was the strategic challenges facing the sector, discussed by experts from across Europe and Asia.
Discussions covered new approaches in oncological rehabilitation, the treatment of sleep apnea, and the scientifically supported effects of forest therapy. It is becoming clear that modern spa medicine is built on solid data and advanced research.
The future and younger clientele were not forgotten either. A workshop focused on social media communication showed how spa medicine can be brought closer to a new generation without losing its professional prestige. Digitalization plays a role not only in marketing but also in the operation and automation of client care.
From the Imperial Spa (Císařské lázně) we take away a clear message: modern spas are places where tradition meets cutting-edge science and a sustainable approach.
