Ceremonial signing of memorandum will boost the development of and partnership in the spa sector in Czechia and Bavaria

On 2 October 2025, a ceremonial signing of a memorandum between the Spa Association of the Czech Republic and the Bavarian Spa Association took place at our institute's premises. The partnership, under the professional guarantee of ILaB, paves the way for more intensive cooperation in research, education and innovation in the spa sector.

The memorandum focuses on joint cross-border research projects, promoting the sustainable use of natural healing resources, pilot innovations in the digitalization of the spa sector, and the preparation of conferences.

The signing was attended by representatives of both associations as well as political representatives from Czechia and Bavaria. As stated by ILaB director Ing. Alina Huseynli, MBA, the cooperation strengthens our role as a professional guarantor and will bring new impetus for science and the practical application of research results.
