We took part in the international scientific conference MERKÚR in Bratislava

The MERKÚR conference is organized annually by the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Economics in Bratislava and is aimed at doctoral students and young researchers. It offers a platform for sharing current research topics and building professional contacts.

Our colleague Mgr. Daniel Bečvář, in cooperation with Ing. Lenka Pekarovičová, a doctoral student at the host faculty who completed a professional internship with us at the Institute, presented the paper “Indicators for Evaluating the Socio-Economic Value of Spa Tourism: Insights from Strategic Documents in Slovakia and Czechia”.

The paper was awarded 3rd place in the tourism thematic track. We are delighted with this success and glad to have had the opportunity to take part in the conference.
