The Ethics Committee of the Faculty Hospital in Pilsen has given the green light to further research projects

We are pleased to announce that the Ethics Committee of the Faculty Hospital in Pilsen has given the green light to further research projects within the medical part of our project, the Centre for Spa Research!
A brief overview of the approved studies:
1) Spa treatment and rehabilitation of nephrological and urological conditions in Mariánské Lázně - the aim of the study is to verify whether a three-week comprehensive spa treatment programme in Mariánské Lázně has a beneficial effect on the course and prognosis of nephrological and urological conditions.
2) Objectifying the effect of spa treatment for female infertility in Františkovy Lázně - this objectification will help convince the professional gynaecological community of the scientifically substantiated benefits of infertility treatment in Františkovy Lázně.
3) The effect of comprehensive spa care on the treatment and prevention of the progression of liver steatosis - the main aim is to demonstrate that after 21 days of comprehensive spa treatment in Karlovy Vary, there will be a significant improvement in liver biochemical markers.
