Visit of the Minister of Health of the Czech Republic

The Karlovy Vary Region was visited by the Minister of Health of the Czech Republic prof. MUDr. Vlastimil Válek, CSc., MBA, EBIR, giving us an excellent opportunity to present the strategically important project “Spa Research Centre”.

The discussion with the Minister gave us the opportunity to share our vision and results achieved so far, and to define directions for further development. There is no doubt that purposeful and rational balneological research is an essential prerequisite for raising the professional standard of spa care.
