Together for a Just Transition: We Visited the REFRESH Project in Ostrava

We visited Ostrava and one of the most significant strategic projects of the just transition in the Moravian-Silesian Region – the REFRESH project. This ambitious project is rightly regarded as the flagship of the region's transformation.

The Institute of Spa and Balneology is implementing the Spa Research Centre project, which bears a similar designation within the Karlovy Vary Region. This is one of the reasons why we consider connecting activities and sharing experience between regions to be extremely important.

In our view, experience, the exchange of good practice, and the search for new forms of cooperation across regions are key to the success of a just transition.

We thank the REFRESH team for their warm welcome and look forward to our next meeting – this time in Karlovy Vary!
