We have received the international ESPA Innovation Award for research activities in the field of spa innovation

Our institution, the Institute of Spa and Balneology (ILaB), has achieved a significant international success. At the European Spas & Balneology Congress in Lithuania, we received the prestigious ESPA Innovation Award in the Innovative Medical Spa Scientific Research category. This award confirms our leading position at both the national and international level in the fields of spa medicine and balneology.

We achieved this success thanks to research projects focused on the objectification of the Karlovy Vary drinking cure, the implementation of virtual reality (VR) into spa facilities, and the Spa Research Centre (CLV) project.
